Southland Group assisted Kalexsyn, a medical chemistry contract research firm, in its development efforts including site selection, project design, financing and contractor selection to construct a new single-story 20,000 square foot office and laboratory building. The new facility features state of the art mechanical and technological systems to accommodate the new specialized requirements of Kalexsyn.
Luckett Road, Lee County, Florida 162 acre I-75 interchange mixed-use project in Ft. Myers, Florida. Southland Group managed the land acquisition of the six parcels that make up the project and also organized the investor group and financing. Southland Group has managed the entitlement and permitting process to completion, and is currently managing the construction of the horizontal improvements and sourcing joint venture operational partners and project financing for vertical development.
Residence Inn, Moline, Illinois
Southland Group worked with both the developer/operator and the builder of this hotel project to secure a private capital placement to help facilitate this ground up development project. Southland Group also made an investment into the project on its own account, and continues to be a partner in the property.
