154 acre I-75 interchange project in Ft. Myers,
Florida. Southland Group managed the land
acquisition of the five parcels in the project and
also organized the investor group and financing.
Southland Group is an equity partner and is also
managing the entitlement process, including annexation,
rezoning, water management and environmental permitting.
US-41 and Broadway Parcel Estero, Florida

35 acre assemblage in one of Florida’s fastest growing markets. Southland Group managed the acquisition of the seven parcels that make up the project, and also organized the investor team, and non-recourse financing. Southland Group is currently managing the entitlement process, including re-zoning, environmental permitting and site planning.

REPRESENTATIVE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Kalexsyn, Headquarters and Laboratory
Kalamazoo, Michigan
Southland Group assisted Kalexsyn, a
medicinal chemistry contract research firm, in its
development efforts including site selection, project design,
financing and contractor selection to construct a new single-story 20,000 square foot office and laboratory building. The new facility features state-of-the-art mechanical and technological systems to accommodate the specialized requirements of Kalexsyn.

Southland Group worked with the hotel developer and the builder of this hotel to secure a private capital placement to help facilitate the project. Southland Group and its investors will retain an equity position in the project after completion.
